Many organisations today are drowning in data. However, you need quality data to drive answers to the basic questions of performance management: How we are doing? Why are we doing it? And, what should we be doing? But as most business leaders will agree, this data is often held in various formats; database, e-mail, web asset, video and scattered across disparate systems.
Getting control of that data is vital to your company’s future, but it’s only the first step. Using it to develop answers and the ability to act on them means integrating reporting and analysis, planning, and measuring and monitoring—across the entire organization. This allows you to spot trends, improve decision making and, ultimately, performance.
As always the events will be held in sumptuous surroundings where delegates can enjoy some spectacular cuisine as they learn from the expert speakers and share their experiences with the group. All in all, a night surely not to be missed.
