That's right, kick a company when it's down - according to the New York Daily News, Exxon Corp is suing Unisys Corp and Sperry Marine Inc, alleging that it was their automatic steering device that caused the environmentally devastating rupture of the Exxon Valdez oil tanker; there were originally allegations that untoward drinking led to the disaster - no doubt the distiller of the liquor involved will be the next to get a lawsuit.
