Combination of technologies to handle eDiscovery identification through production
Index Engines, a provider of enterprise discovery offerings, has entered into a partnership with Venio Systems to provide customers and service partners with a end-to-end offering for eDiscovery following the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM).
Index Engines claims that its indexing technology enables high speed processing of hard to access data through direct indexing of backup tapes, and 1TB/Hr/node indexing of online data.
Venio Systems offers an eDiscovery management platform that allows analysis, review and export of data using a process that works with all industry standard litigation support applications. The combination of these two offerings is expected to allow eDiscovery projects to be executed effectively and with cost-efficient results.
Jim McGann, VP of information discovery for Index Engines, said: “Our partnership with Venio brings even more value to our eDiscovery customers. Index Engines efficiently culls through bulk data repositories including data on backup tapes and delivers it to Venio. Venio’s solution enables the thorough review and analysis of this data to support litigation.”
