IRG installs Wi-Fi services at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf stores

Industry Retail Group, a provider of broadband-enabled network services to the retail and quick-service markets, has completed in-store guest Wi-Fi services for coffee and tea retailer The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's stores throughout the US.
According to Industry Retail Group (IRG), The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has over 650 US and international locations in 19 countries and the company sought to provide totally free Wi-Fi to its customers.
Paul Balzer, vice president of supply chain at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, said: "Choosing Industry Retail Group provides us the assurance we can deliver what we have promised to our customers.
"The IRG TruManage software allows The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to monitor the Wi-Fi status of every location. The software features a dashboard, which allows the IT department to quickly access the information it needs."
