MB Trading launches trading application support service

Securities broker-dealer MB Trading has introduced a one-to-one real-time virtual tech support service to help its clients learn about new trading applications.
MB Trading said that it designed its 'MBT, At Your Service' service as learning new trading applications as quickly as possible has been a long-standing challenge for online traders.
MB Trading implemented the service to enable visitors to the MB Trading websites and users of the company's applications quickly establish a direct connection between their computer and the computer of an MB Trading technical support representative.
This connection allows MB Trading technical support staff to temporarily view and control a client's computer. While the client watches, the technical support representative can talk the client through the process over the phone, answering questions along the way. The service also assists representatives in showing a client how to utilize a particular feature of the MBT Navigator.
"Despite the fact that MB Trading's MBT Navigator is one of the most intuitive trading systems in the industry, there are always features that the client may not be aware of," said MB Trading CEO Ross Ditlove. "Having the ability to walk a client through our websites or applications reduces confusion and accelerates their understanding of even the most in-depth tasks."
'MBT, At Your Service' can be launched by clicking on designated icons throughout the MB Trading website, the MBT Navigator, or by phoning in and requesting the service via an email invitation.
