Comcast standardises billing systems on CSG

Comcast is set to shift 2.3 million customers onto CSG's billing solution come early next year, expanding the longstanding relationship between the firms.

The deal between the telco and the CRM and back-office IT provider lasts until June 2019, expanding the relationship between the firms - CSG already handles billing for two-thirds of CSG residential customers.

Scott Alcott, chief information officer for Comcast, added: "CSG has been a great partner and this new agreement will help us provide more consistent customer interactions by creating opportunities to standardise and streamline our back-office operations."
