CBR Staff Writer Published 01 July 2009

Aims to expand its international reach

Nectar Services, an IP communications service provider and a wholly owned

subsidiary of Juma Technology, has announced DTSI as a new Nectar Channel Reseller Partner. The partnership is expected to widen Nectar's reach into the international marketplace.

Philippines-based DTSI was established in 1997, it maintains offices in Manila and Cebu, along with a United States presence in Phoenix, Arizona. The Gold Avaya Business Partner is into systems integration, with a focus on outsourced contact centres. DTSI will be utilising Nectar's Converged Management Platform (nectar/CMP) to support its Network Operations Centre (NOC).

Miguel Garcia, Chief Executive Officer of DTSI, said: We have always worked at being the choice provider of service providers in the Philippines and this partnership with Nectar will allow us to strengthen the support we give to our clients, helping them succeed with their own customers.”

David Giangano, Nectar's President of Global Channels, said: We are extremely excited to add DTSI to our growing team of reseller partners. For DTSI, the benefits of a Nectar partnership are twofold. Nectar's platform delivers an unparalleled management solution for their Network Operations Centre while also providing an enhanced customer maintenance offering.

Expanding our footprint into Asia Pacific with such a dominant partner definitely sets the stage for accelerated global market penetration for Nectar's services.
