Computer Business Review
Sema Group Plc has now completed its 27m British pound acquisition of BR Business Systems Ltd, the company formed to take over British Rail's business service division (CI No 3,086). It found the cash from its existing resources. At October 12 last, BR Business Systems had net assets of 13.2m pounds and Sema says its acquisition will give the Anglo-French firm synergies with its existing rail systems business, which has done systems for rail operators in the UK, France, Netherlands and Spain.
