Social media management platform Sendible.com has partnered with a new review monitoring service.
Sendible has joined forces with ReviewPush to allow customers to monitor reviews of their local businesses across 15 news review sites, such as Yahoo and Google.
Sendible CEO Gavin Hammar said: "We are working hard at Sendible to integrate with as many social networks as possible, with a view to make it easier for our customers to monitor relevant user-generated content from across the web which directly relates to and impacts the reputation of their business, brand and products."
He hopes it will enable business owners to respond quickly to negative reviews, and so reduce reputation damage, by notifying customers when a new review is posted.
"Sendible has experienced over 300% growth in the last year and this increased demand for our product only serves to highlight the importance that businesses are placing on social media monitoring and engagement tools," added Hammar.
