Spare Backup, Carphone Warehouse launch new cloud-based customer portal service

To provide customers with personal hub in the cloud

Spare Backup has launched a remote, cloud based customer portal service with the UK based mobile retailer The Carphone Warehouse.

The new offering will also provide The Carphone Warehouse customers a personal hub in the cloud that offers simple to use features for the user, while offering services to each individual's requirements.

Tom Guy, head of digital services at The Carphone Warehouse, said: We wanted to work with a partner that understood our business and our customers. It was a natural move for us to work with Spare Backup.

Both companies will work jointly to deliver the best possible experience to customers within the cloud based platform including mobile apps, music, photos, mobile banking and data storage.
