Novato, California-based WordStar International Inc reports it is in talks with Toronto-based Delrina Corp on a possible share-exchange merger - but that they haven't yet got around to deciding which would be the surviving company issuing new shares for the other and what the valuation would be. Delrina Corp is best known for its PerForm family of forms processing applications which have won major awards.
