CareUK has opted to outsource its payroll to support its continued growth plans and support new staff joining the firm after it took over a rival.
The company took on 26 Southern Cross homes after the firm went into administration in 2011 as a result it instantly had an extra 1,800 employees.
As a whole the company also has plans to grow from its current staffing levels of around 17,000 employees to more than 23,000 within the next three years.
To do this CareUK adopted a flexible payroll outsourcing service using MidlandHR’s cloud-based iTrent solution.
