US-based First Communications, a local exchange carrier, has selected Razorsight, a provider of on-demand financial business intelligence and analytics services, to automate margin and network cost management for its growing customer base and network.
According to Razorsight, AIM Analytics platform will provide related financial reporting and analytic capabilities. Razorsight claimed that its system will ensure that the First Communications realize the optimal Network Cost Score, a new formula created by Razorsight to benchmark how communications service providers balance the blend of internal staff costs, systems and third-party providers to obtain the lowest possible network costs.

AIM Analytics also automates the process of generating monthly financial reports.
