For providing KRB customers with business analytics tools to manage their global hiring processes
Kenexa, a provider of business products for human resources, has entered into a partnership with QlikTech, the business intelligence company. Under the terms of the agreement, QlikTech’s business analysis product, QlikView, is integrated with Kenexa’s global recruiting product Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing (KRB) to offer KRB customers with a complete set of business analytics tools to further measure and manage their global hiring processes.
The company claimed that the KRB can meet the needs of companies with complex recruiting processes and global organisations with requirements across multiple regions and languages.
KRB reportedly helps organisations hire the best talent in emerging markets and comply with a wide range of country-specific regulations. With QlikTech’s patented technology, KRB customers can use the business analytics tools to gain insight into their recruitment activities and processes.
The company said that using the new business analytics, information can be explored visually, delivering insights for better business performance. QlikTech is said to offer an approach that makes the business analytics tools simple to change and able to scale to analyse billions of records.
Barrett Richardson, director of product management, Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing, said: KRB’s reporting tools are world-class. By adding business analytics, our customers gain the ability to quickly analyse business critical data, monitor the hiring processes, and create meaningful what-if scenarios to improve their hiring efficiency and prepare for the economic resurgence.
