Listening/social monitoring platforms provider for the legal profession Manzama has partnered with content and technology offerings provider LexisNexis to enhance the LexisNexis practice area Communities in the US.
With the Manzama’s business and market intelligence platform, LexisNexis Communities users can now access the excerpts from analytical reports based on social media content.
Users can access Manzama’s full reports through the Communities if needed, said the company.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional Global Web Strategy senior vice-president Michele Vivona said LexisNexis looks for new ways to bring its customers actionable insights and help them get the information they need about key industry developments to make smart business decisions.
"Manzama is one of the first companies I have seen with a method to uncover these insights from the perspective of lawyers and business development professionals. I am excited to introduce this offering to the LexisNexis practice area Communities," said Vivona.
Manzama CEO Peter Ozolin said they are working with LexisNexis to deliver just-in-time insights and intelligence within various LexisNexis practice area Communities.
"Reaching professionals where they actively engage each other and seek out information related to their practice and business development needs is obviously of interest, regardless whether they access it through our platform," Ozolin said.
"The Communities are a great starting point to this effort. We will also be identifying appropriate access to feeds from LexisNexis to pull into the Manzama platform that will be of value to our client base."
