CA Technologies has announced that its customer experience monitoring technology has been added to the SAP Extended Diagnostics application.
The SAP solution now combines deep diagnostics with customer experience monitoring, enabling organisations to better understand the health and performance of their applications and gain insight into a user’s experience of these applications.
