MicroStrategy’s information dashboards to enable OBS’s clients to monitor service level agreements
Oce Business Services, which is engaged in document process management and electronic discovery, has selected MicroStrategy, a provider of business intelligence software services, for its Oce MAX Advanced document performance management system.
MicroStrategy said that Oce MAX Advanced is a next-generation internet application that enables clients to use information to reduce document management costs and improve operational efficiency. Using MicroStrategy software, Oce Business Services (OBS) can offer its clients interactive, customizable reports and dashboards for insights into document management.
With MicroStrategy’s information dashboards, OBS’s clients can monitor service level agreements (SLAs), view a detailed breakdown of a SLA at the enterprise or location/user level, and monitor performance by month or day. The actionable insights from MicroStrategy-based dashboards enable OBS’s clients to pinpoint problems quickly, improve efficiencies, and reduce costs, according to the company.
Elizabeth Halaki, chief marketing officer of OBS, said: We were looking for an intuitive reporting solution to augment the services that we provide to our clients with advanced reporting requirements. MicroStrategy’s reporting capabilities and ease-of-use for our diverse user population were all factors in our decision.
