Users will be able to play Fruit Ninja, Angry Birds Slingshot Stella without interruption.
Amazon has introduced an app, Amazon Underground for Android, which has the functionality of a regular mobile shopping app and provides a catalogue of apps and games with their in-app purchases for free.
The company highlighted that several apps that are marked free including Fruit Ninja, Star Wars Rebels: Recon Missions, Angry Birds Slingshot Stella, Jetpack and Joyride have special features or items where users have to pay to unlock, but with the new service the app would be free.
The e-commerce giant claims that it came up with the new business model by working with app and game developers, with Amazon paying developers $0.002 per minute of usage, and in return, the developers will cut off their in-app fees.
Interested users will have to download the app directly from Amazon as Android Google Play store does not allow alternative app stores.
The company has also clearly defined that anti-virus or clock apps that run continuously in the background, and the ones that support passive streaming content will not qualify for the scheme.
