NHS Sound Doctor
The audio app helps patients understand their long-term conditions in more detail, making it easier to look after themselves. Other features include interviews with doctors, nurses, health professionals and other patients sharing experiences and information.
The app, which has to be placed between sheets or under a pillow, uses motion sensors to log your movements during sleep. It records samples of snoring, measures their intensity and assesses lifestyle factors that affect snoring levels.
Half the battery charge is lost overnight as it must be kept on.
