Raghavan said: "Google Springboard helps you find the right information that you need at the moment that you need it."
The other service includes an update to its Google Sites which will allow employees in a firm to share information easily.
By using the service, businesses can create functional pages to aggregate and distribute content among their employees.
It will also support real-time collaboration among multiple editors of a company and offers easy access to all the content from Calendar, Docs, Drive, Maps and other products.
The new Sites also comes with themes and layouts designed to scale and flex to any screen size, making them useful when access them on a 30-inch monitor or smartphone.
Raghavan added: "Google Sites is one of the most popular products among our enterprise customers, and we’ve been working on an update that makes it even easier for employees to share information within their company."
Google has not disclosed the details about the launch of the new services but said it would be available through early adopter program for interested parties.
The company said that it has been previewing Google Springboard and the new Google Sites with a small set of customers.
