T-Mobile customers to make free Wi-Fi calls outside its network.
T-Mobile announced that all of its phones will now support free Wi-Fi calling and texting capability.
A service called "Wi-Fi Un-leashed", will allow customers to make HD voice calls connected via T-Mobiles Wi-Fi network or other public or private wi-fi network.
The service will enable users to connect to Wi-Fi that are not connected with the T-Mobile network.
The feature will also allow users to make free Wi-Fi calls to the US from outside the country without changing numbers or installing an additional app.
T-Mobile CEO John Legere "Wi-Fi Un-leashed is a game changer. This is like adding millions of towers to our network in a single day."

The company also launched a new product named T-Mobile Personal CellSpot which would work like a router and provide T-Mobile customers with Wi-Fi hotspot in their homes.
Simple Choice customers with broadband connection and Wi-Fi-calling ready smartphone will get the new device for a $25 refundable deposit.
T- Mobile has also joined forces with in-flight connectivity provider Gogo, to facilitate its customers with unlimited texts and picture messages and visual voice mail on Gogo enabled flights.
