A press release was issued by United Technologies Intl. LLC on behalf of Dr Sam Chachoua regarding case (No. 97-CV-5595-MMM) filed in the LA US District Court Assigned to Judge Margaret M. Morrow. The Court awarded over $10m in damages to Cancer and AIDS researcher, Dr Sam Chachoua, in a lawsuit against LA’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
After a two-day deliberation, the Federal court jury of eight unanimously found Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in breach of contract by failing to return proprietary cultures to Dr Chachoua and by refusing to publish the results of tests performed by Cedars on the cultures.
In an interview immediately following the verdict, Dr Chachoua stated, The ability to treat AIDS with non-toxic biological therapies is a promising new avenue that may have been seriously delayed by the loss of both the vaccines and their cultures of origin.
Breach of contract and intrigue have delayed cancer and AIDS vaccines from reaching the public, claimed Dr Chachoua who was awarded the massive damages. A total of 36 new vaccines and their cultures of origin had tested over 99 percent effective in test tube experiments. The tests had been initiated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after researchers had heard of human successes with these vaccines, according to trial testimony and documents admitted into evidence.
The vaccines are unique in that they attack HIV with microbial and immune extracts that can remove the virus from within the cell without killing it, continued Dr Chachoua, who has been researching this approach to the AIDS virus for over 20 years.
Vaccine supplies have been exhausted because of the disappearance of the primary cultures. The 10 million will be applied to reinitiating the search for them – a search that has been 12 years in the making, explained Chachoua.
When asked how soon vaccine research and production could be under way, Chachoua replied, This is likely to be a slow process unless other institutions and significant funds are devoted to the recreation of this promising technology.

Incredibly, UCLA, with knowledge of other remarkable results based on Dr Chachoua’s technology against the deadliest of cancers, chose to suppress their own information and defame him.
