Business and technology consulting firm Akvelon has developed a new search engine for Microsoft dynamics CRM 4.0, a unified user-friendly search function.

According to Akvelon, the Dynamics Global Search allows users to search across all entities, fields and records via web-like search and navigation. A single search query will return results from various data fields, including customers, accounts and activities; queries are easily customised, and the user interface provides an intuitive search experience. Global Search settings can be updated as needed by adding or removing search results display columns and search attributes.
