Anticipating the popularity of the first ever televised blackjack tournament, AOL has teamed up with GSN to expand its current offering of casino games with a new blackjack area on AOL.com.
The blackjack hub, which is expected to be available in April, will offer free blackjack gameplay and tips from professionals. During GSN’s airing of the ‘World Series of Blackjack’ TV show, AOL’s blackjack hub will also feature exclusive behind-the scenes video footage.
Partnering with the games network GSN, AOL will attract gamers by offering fans of the game a chance to appear at one of the World Series of Blackjack events.
Ralph Rivera, vice president and general manager of AOL games, said, Casino games such as blackjack and poker have become wildly popular among mainstream audiences and that trend is reflected on AOL Games. AOL is excited to join forces with GSN to give blackjack fans fun exclusive content and unique community interaction, as well as the only online resource where they have a chance to win a seat at the World Series of Blackjack.
