Chilean financial institution Banco Paris has signed a contract with Teradata, a division of NCR, for the implementation of an enterprise data warehouse.
Banco Paris says that, because of new customer acquisition, the growth of customer information and its increasing range of products and services, it decided to integrate its management through a Teradata warehouse.
By consolidating customer data into a single warehouse, we create a single view of the business that we can use for marketing campaigns, cross-selling, risk management, transaction management or other initiatives, says Luis Gatica Lopez, manager of operations and technology for Banco Paris.
Founded in 2004, Banco Paris operates a 48-branch network from Arica to Punta Arenas. It has approximately 525 employees, including more than 300 in its branch network.
