British Aerospace Plc has firmed up the agreement under which Computer Sciences Corp will take over its data processing under a 10-year facilities management agreement: the El Segundo, California company is paying the planemaker UKP75m for the assets it will take over, and will take on over 1,450 British Aerospace employees across the UK; the contract is now valued at UKP100m in the first year, up from the UKP90m that was announced in November.
