BT, one of the world’s largest suppliers of financial trading room systems, has supplied Calamos Investments with its latest ITS voice trading technology.
BT’s ITS application offers integrated trading via remote devices, and time-division multiplexing connectivity for mission-critical trading activities.
Calamos said that the BT solution was an ideal amalgamation of current functionality and future proofing, as it provided an ideal platform should the company wish to migrate to IP in the future.
Calamos intends to offer ITS to traders that need to trade from remote or alternative sites in order to cover extended exchange hours or markets in other time zones.
