Banc One Corp, CoreStates Financial Corp, PNC Financial Corp and Society Corp have now completed the formation in Philadelphia of Electronic Payment Services Inc, which brings together in one company the automatic teller machine and point-of-sale electronic payment systems of all its parents: Electronic Payment Services becomes the holding company for Money Access Service Inc, the largest processor of automatic teller machine transactions in the US, and Buypass Corp, a point of sale transaction processing servicel; the Mac brand name will be the unifying mark throughout its the teller machine network; by April, Electronic Payment will be headquartered in the Wilmington, Delaware area with Money Access Service, while Buypass will continue to run from its Atlanta base.
