Microgen Holdings Plc, the UK- based information archiving company has reported net profits for the six months to April 30 down 13.8% at 2.7m pounds on revenue that declined by 23.2 % to 13.7m pounds. At the pre-tax level, profits were down 13.6% at 4.2m pounds. Earnings per share were 13.8% lower at 6.9 pence.
