NStor Technologies Inc has reported a fourth quarter net profit of $809,000 after a $566,000 extraordinary gain from repayment of debt, against a loss last time of $10,000, on revenue of $3.6m against zero a year ago; net profit for the year to October 31 was $12.8m against a loss last time of $61,000 on revenue of $5.6m against zero. Net per share came to $0.05 in the quarter, $0.72 in the year.
