Zenith Electronics Corp, Glenview, Illinois television and set- top box maker, has reported a fourth quarter net loss of $155.7m on revenue down 18.7% at $348m, compared with a net loss of $69.3m in the year-ago quarter. For the year, net loss was $299.4m on revenue down 9.0% at $1.17bn, compared with a 1996 net loss of $178.m. Year-ago results include $9.3m in restructuring charges.
