Roxboro Group Plc has reported net profits for the year to December 31 up 11.8% at UKP16.9m against a period that included losses from discontinued operations of UKP3.2m, on turnover 16.9% ahead at UKP41.8m. At the pre-tax level, profits were up 66% at UKP6.4m. Earnings per share rose by 61% to 14.5 pence.
