Semtech Corp has reported fourth quarter net losses of $280,000, against $412,000 profits last time, on turnover that fell 25.4% at $5.5m; net profit for the year to February 2 was up 56.4% at $707,000 on turnover that rose 19.5% to $26.5m. Net earnings per share rose 40% to $0.14 in the year. The figures include those of Semtech Corpus Christi, formerly Lambda Electronics Inc, from October 1990.
