Twin Disc Inc has reported fourth quarter net up 85.7% at $2.9m, against a period that include a charge of $1.1m from restructuring, on turnover up 4.6% at $41.0m; net profit for the year to June 30 was $4.4m, against a loss last time of $11.8m that included a loss of $14.4m for the cumulative effect of an accounting change, on turnover that rose 1.3% to $141.2m. Net earnings per share rose 85.7% to $1.04 in the quarter, and were $1.57 in the year.
