Computer Associates International Inc will invest $100m in India over the next five years in a distribution tie-up with Onward Technologies Ltd, an Indian network-solutions company. This is CA’s third strategic alliance in India, the other two are with Microland and Datapro. CA is targeting a 25% growth rate for this year.
