Federal Judge Patricia Trumbull ruled that the contract dispute between Advanced Micro Devices Inc and Intel Corp should be decided in the California state courts according to Advanced Micro, which said she granted its motion to stay Intel’s federal copyright infringement suit and denied Intel’s motion for summary judgement in the case.
