Corvus Systems Inc, trading under Chapter XI of the US Federal bankruptcy code, has appointed Timothy Larkin president and chief executive, replacing Joseph Rooney, who took the posts only last June; Rooney retains responsibility for some overseas marketing and other projects to be designated by the board; under Larkin, Corvus will emphasise development and marketing of networking software products, led by PC/NOS, its distributed network operating system software while continuing to sell its proprietary Omninet local network.
