Westborough, Massachusetts-based Data General Corp has acquired a minority stake in Budapest, Hungary-based Microsystem RT on undisclosed terms: Microsystem has been Data General’s distributor in Hungary for the past two years and also sells and services personal computers, office equipment and telecommunications systems; it had fiscal 1991 sales of about $35m.
