Digital Equipment Corp launched two colour notebooks, the DECpc 433NC, a 33MHz 80486SX D-STN colour model, and a 50MHz 80486DX2 model with thin film transistor colour screen, the DECpc 450NT; both have MS-DOS and Windows 3.1 pre-installed, and local prices for the new machines start at $4,690.
