Clarifying the postioning of the forthcoming Intel 80486-based machine from Apricot Computers Plc, expected early next year, Roger Foster says that it will not come from Sequent Computer, the company which supplies its VX9000 parallel processors, but will sit between these machines and Apricot’s low-end systems as departmental boxes.
