Venture reinforces the company’s shift to a cloud focused business.
Helping businesses move from paper to digital, Sage has standardised on DocuSign for Digital Transaction Management (DTM) by integrating Sage Life with the DTM platform.
The joint venture will foster Sage’s vision for a cloud focused business, with the partnership poised to play an important role in building the company’s global cloud infrastructure.
With the full integration of DocuSign’s DTM platform into Sage Life, customers can realise revenue faster, enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs. Pulling the focus away from paper chasing, sales reps can improve productivity and close deals faster.
The integration will also automate backend document processing, with Docusign automatically pulling and updating information in order to eliminate manual rekeying of data and associated errors.
Alan Laing, EVP Global Strategic Partnerships and Alliances at Sage said: "We want to shape the future of business and our partnership with DocuSign as the leader in its industry is another important step towards delivering on our strategy.
"Together, we look forward to helping businesses worldwide achieve their digital transformations."
Jesper Frederiksen, VP at DocuSign EMEA, said: "Partnering with one of Europe’s leading software companies is a great opportunity to bring the power of Digital Transaction Management to more businesses globally to help them go 100% digital."
