Eunetcom SA, the telecommunications facilities management and services joint venture between the Deutsche Bundespost Telekom and France Telecom caused a flurry of excitement late Wednesday when it said it was about to announce its American partner, raising speculation that the Sprint Corp deal was cooked and ready to go. But the American partner turned out to be a customer, Dun & Bradstreet Corp, which has given Eunetcom a $200m five-year contract to take over and run Dun’s worldwide DunsNet provding X25, managed links, Frame Relay, router management, Electronic Data Interchange and electronic mail.
