Everex Systems Inc now says that it expects to report an $80m to $100m loss for the fiscal year ended August 2, higher than its previous expectations, as a result of additional restructuring charges, and warns that it expects its auditor will express doubt on the company’s ability to continue as a going concern; Harold Clark resigned as president and chief operating officer; chief financial officer Dave Zacarias also resigned; the company says it is in violation of bank covenants and is seeking new cash.
