Executone Information Systems Inc, Darien, Connecticut reports that it has concluded the refinancing of its bank revolving credit line and term loan one year ahead of the scheduled expiry date, and that the new agreement has a term of four years. It has extended its relationship with Continental Bank NA, agent for the bank lenders, and added Fleet Bank NA as a lender. Chrysler Capital Corp and Skopbank assigned their shares in the outstanding revolving credit and term loan to Continental and Fleet.
