Looks like the Federal Communications Commission is finally taking pity on some of the poor companies, such as NextWave Telecommunications Inc, who bid vast sums of money for licenses to offer Personal Communications Services networks in the US, and are now struggling to make their repayments. The FCC is now saying that they can pay annually rather than quarterly, so that the first payments won’t be due until next year.
