The participants are Advanced Telecommunications Corp, serving the US Southeast and Southwest; LiTel Telecommunications Corp in the Midwest and Ohio basin; RCI Corp, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states; and Telecom*USA Inc for the Southeast, Mid-west and West. Telecom*USA is the holding company for the newly merged SouthernNet and Teleconnect, and is the fourth largest US carrier.
