Fujitsu Ltd has come up with a new packaging technique for its MB89710 8-bit microcontroller which enables it to piggyback the thing with a 16Kb – 128K-bit – ROM: called the MB89PV715, it sells for $200 and will be produced in volume at the Aizu-Wakamatsu plant.
