Fujitsu Ltd says it is in talks with its 80%-owned affiliate ICL Plc about the UK company supplying it with low-cost personal computers, and may follow Matsushita Electric Industrial Co in offering personal computers compatible with the DOS/V operating system standard that IBM Japan Ltd is trying to set; Matsushita has traditionally built machines compatible with Fujitsu’s FMR standard (CI No 2,077).
