The Global One telecommunications integrator and manager owned by Deutsche Telekom AG, France Telecom SA and Sprint Corp has cut 180 to 200 of its 2,900 jobs to get its spending under control, Reuter reports. Half the cuts were in Reston, Virginia, half in Brussels. It overspent its $250m 1996 budget by almost 50%.
