Following months of wrangling, in an out-of-court settlement last week, Cupertino, California-based Globetrotter Software Inc bought Palo Alto, California-based Highland Software Inc’s interest in the Flexible License Manager – Flexlm – product line: Globetrotter will be responsible for sales, marketing, service and support; Highland will focus on Unix presentation tools.
